Destroy explosives in malkhanas: HC

The Punjab and Haryana High Court on Monday directed the Punjab Police to destroy stocks of RDX and explosive materials lying in various malkhanas of police stations across the state.

The directions were passed by a division bench comprising Chief Justice Ranjan Gogoi and Justice Mahesh Grover during the last hearing of a PIL filed by advocate H C Arora.
