As the Chief Operating Officer of the Chandigarh wing of the Jewellery Design and Technology Institute (JDTI) in Sector 35,Ritu Malik is a mentor for her students, even as she switches between administrative and creative jobs with ease. I plan out stories and themes and then enact it for kids, shares Malik, who finds the process very de-stressing. When you are with children, your guard is down and the fun just doubles up, she adds.
