Panchkula pubs to sell low-alcohol drinks Panchkula: Pubs have been allowed in Panchkula in the new excise policy for 2011-12,but they will only be allowed to sell low alcohol beverages. “They are successful in Chandigarh so they will be in Panchkula also,” said Madhu Bala,Deputy Excise and Taxation Commissioner,Panchkula.
