Candlelight march for Ruchika

The Chandigarh Territorial Youth Congress organised a candlelight march against the injustice meted out to Ruchika Girhotra,who was molested by former DGP SPS Rathore.

Around 200 Youth Congress members took part in the procession.

The march started from the Youth Congress office in Manimajra and passed through the main market and terminated at the Housing Board Chowk.
