UT Police Wednesday arrested a 45-year-old man for raping a 17-year-old in Balmiki Rishi Ashram inside the Post Graduate Institute of Medical Education and Research (PGIMER). Mahavir alias Sant Rishi Ram was arrested by the UT police at about 8 pm Wednesday.
