Acid attack on 3

Three persons were seriously injured when two unidentified motorcycle-borne men threw acid on them. They have been admitted to PGI. The three injured persons are Rakesh Kumar (30),owner of Rudraksh Immigration firm,and two female employees Swantika (25) and Shefali (27).

They were on their way to Himachal for a religious trip after closing the office. At 6 pm they stopped at a petrol pump in Daun village near NH-21,4 km from Mohali. While they waited,two men came to the petrol pump on a bike. The pillion rider threw acid from a container at Rekhi who was in the driver’s seat and the girls.
