2 held with heroin

The CIA staff of the district police recovered 30 grams heroin worth Rs 40,000 from two men arrested during night patrolling on Wednesday. The team led by sub-inspector Jagbir Singh arrested Bhanu Partap Singh and Udaybir Singh,both residents of Saharanpur. A case was registered under NDPS Act and the accused were produced in the court on Thursday where Bhanu was sent to three days’ police remand and Udaybir was sent in judicial custody at Central Jail Ambala.
