LIC’s Chandigarh division has bagged first position in the country on sale of New Plan ‘Endowment Plus’ on the day of its launching on September 20 by procuring record number of 1310 Endowment Plus Policies on a single day of launching at Chandigarh.

According to Senior Divisional Manager,LIC,Raghupal Singh,under the new ULIP Endowment Plus Plan the Division has achieved its top slot across the country by selling1310 policies with first Premium Income of Rs 4.65 crore by a substantial margin over second and third position.

Four branches including those in Mandi Gobindgarh,Mohali,Nangal and Ropar earned the distinction of Top Four Branches in the country on the day of launching by procuring 147,107,104 and 100 Endowment Plus policies respectively.
