The owner and principal of a school in Bengaluru has been arrested for allegedly raping a 10-year old student, police said on Saturday.
Police have registered a case under POCSO Act against the 65-year-old accused. He was arrested on Friday.

Police said the child is the younger daughter of a single parent. According to police, her mother learnt about the incident on Thursday afternoon when the girl complained about pain in her private parts. The woman saw the bruises and took the child to a hospital, where doctors confirmed rape.
