Repoll shadow on six election booths

With Congress Lok Sabha candidate Dr Prabha Taviyad alleging that rival BJP agents had captured booths,a total of six polling booths in Dahod may have go through the election process all over again.

The election officials are considering the appeal,while the Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) has called these allegations false.

Congress leader and Taviyads husband,Dr Kishoresinh Taviyad,said the six polling booths that had been captured come under the the Jhalod Legislative Assembly seat and Limkheda Legislative Assembly seat.

On the other hand,Deputy Collector and Election officer,V K Patel said the district administration was considering re-election in six booths. Re-elections may be in the pipeline. As of now,we are looking into the video details of the EC micro observers, added Patel.

BJP party officials have rubbished the allegations saying this was a conspiracy of the Congress leaders.
