Rapar cop shoots himself dead

Rapar Circle Police inspector I B Chaudhary shot himself dead with his service revolver at his office in Kutch on Sunday. The police have registered a case of accidental death. Till the last reports came in,the police were clueless about the suicide motive. “He shot himself in his head in his chamber at the police station. He was alone in his chamber,” said Kutch Superintendent of Police Vabhang Zameer. According to the case details,hearing a gunshot,the police station staff rushed into the chamber of Chaudhary,who was breathing his last. The police said they have not recovered any suicide notes. “No suicide note was found. A case of accidental death has been registered and investigations are underway,” said Zameer.
