Modi an asset for BJP: Javadekar

Senior BJP leader Prakash Javadekar Friday said that Gujarat Chief Minister Narendra Modi was an “asset” and “most favo-urite” among all leaders of the party. “Modi is an asset for the party. People are attracted by his style of functioning. BJP does not have to go searching for the prime ministerial candidate like in Congress,” Javadekar told reporters here. Javadekar said people always wanted the leader like Modi because he had delivered on the promise of good governance in Gujarat. “The reality is that Modi is the most favourite among all leaders,” Javadekar said responding to a query.
