Man killed over petty issue

A 40-Year-old man was killed in a dispute with four of his neighbours over not allowing one of them to vomit outside his house in MLA Quarters in the Chamanpura locality of Meghaninagar.

A 40-Year-old man was killed in a dispute with four of his neighbours over not allowing one of them to vomit outside his house in MLA Quarters in the Chamanpura locality of Meghaninagar.

According to the details of the case,Rajesh Patni raised an objection when his neighbour Alpesh Patni was about to throw up outside the gate of his house.

The issue led to a scuffle and Alpesh’s father,Kalu Patni,and his two uncles Ramu and Pravin joined in and started beating up

Rajesh.

The victim suffered severe injuries on the chest and had to be rushed to the U N Mehta Hospital,where doctors declared him dead.

Investigating Officer,Inspector A B Damor said: “Of the four accused,three have absconded,including the main accused,Alpesh,who had fled the spot immediately. Kalu Patni has been taken for interrogation.” Further investigations are on.
