11 accused cops to get copies of chargesheet

The 11 policemen accused in Tulsiram Prajapati encounter case will get the copies of chargesheet by July 30,CBI informed a special court Monday.

The 11 policemen accused in Tulsiram Prajapati encounter case will get the copies of chargesheet by July 30,CBI informed a special court Monday.

These accused are lodged in Palanpur sub-jail,who have not been given the copies of the chargesheet after almost 11 months of filing it. During their regular production before the CBI judge,the accused policemen demanded the copies following which the judge asked the probe agency to give an undertaking in this regard. CBI had filed the chargesheet in this case in September,2012.

Recently,CBI handed over several copies of the chargesheet to policemen accused in Sohrabuddin Sheikh encounter case.
