SC students forced to give up higher studies

A large number of Scheduled Caste students over 1.5 lakh have being forced to give up hopes of pursuing higher education as a Central grant of about Rs 366 crore has not been released so far,said Paramjit Singh Kainth,president of the National Scheduled Castes Alliance (NSCA),on Thursday
