New Delhi, Mar 01 (ANI): Speaking on the Himachal Government’s demand for a change in venue of the match between India and Pakistan in the T20 World Cup, Board of Control for Cricket in India (BCCI) secretary Anurag Thakur on Tuesday said sports should be free from every political prejudice. Thakur said the venues of the T20 World Cup matches were decided one year in advance, adding that there is no point of raising an objection now. He emphasised that showing the disability to organise the match between the two nations will definitely tarnish the image of India.

Shimla, Feb 26 (ANI): Talking about the Himachal Government's decision to oppose the India-Pakistan T-20 match in Dharamshala, Chief Minister Virbhadra Singh on Friday said Pakistan never acted against the attacks planned by Pakistan-based terror outfits in the country. He also holding a match in the state would hurt the sentiments of martyrs.
