PTU indicts principal,show cause issued

The inquiry report submitted by Panjab Technical University vice chancellor Dr Rajneesh Arora on September 27 in Punjab and Haryana High Court has indicted Guru Nanak Dev Engineering College (GNDEC) principal Manohar Singh Saini for large-scale bungling of admissions in 2010 and 2011 academic sessions.
