Game of Thrones fans have been upset ever since the Season 5 finale. Well because at the end of the finale, beloved character Jon Snow is stabbed to death. Or what looks like stabbed to death.

While in the books George RR Martin left it hanging in the books, it would appear that Jon Snow is pretty much dead in the show based on what Director David Nutter told at Comic-Con in San Diego, California. No Nutter is not trying to get the fans confused, because he also confirmed to the US President Obama that Snow is truly gone.

Nutter is then quoted as saying, “I said, ‘Jon Snow is deader than dead.’” So there we have it. No Jon Snow. This should put a rest to all the rumours, and kill all hope especially for those who had got all excited after Kit Harington had been spotted at Wimbledon still sporting the GoT hairstyle.

Guess now GoT fans will have to put their bets on Arya from the Stark clan.
