Nexian features a 4.5-inch FWVGA display with Dragontrail glass for protection against damage. It is powered by a 1.2 GHz quad core processor with 1GB RAM and 8GB ROM, expandable upto 32GB via microSD card. It has a 5 mp auto-focus rear camera with dual-LED flash and 3.3 mp front camera.

Nexian supports a 2G and a 3G SIM and is backed by 1650 mAh battery.
