Huawei Watch launches in India at Rs 22,999; is Flipkart exclusive

Huawei says the Watch has a gyroscope and accelerometer as well to help track fitness activities anywhere, and the watch can distinguish between different physical activities, including walking, running and climbing.

Huawei watch, which is powered by Android Wear, let users get alerts for calls, texts, instant messages and emails. It also has Bluetooth connectivity for wireless headphone usage, offline music download support. The Watch supports voice commands as well.

It is compatible with both Android and iOS devices.

“Huawei watch is the first smartwatch in the Huawei wearable family and also the first watch in the market to truly bridge the gap between fashion and technology. The smartwatch has received a great response globally from consumers and celebrities and we hope to keep up the momentum in the Indian market,” said P. Sanjeev, Vice President -Sales for Huawei & Honor Consumer Business at the launch.

Huawei has also tied up with celebrated personalities like Mario Testino and fashion icons like Karlie Kloss & Sean O’Pry. It has also collaborated with Swarovski to create exclusive collection of Huawei watch for women.
