Rannvijay Singh looks upto his father for a role
Rannvijay Singh was destined to enter Indian army. But his passion for acting drove him towards showbiz.

Before finding fame on TV reality show “MTV Roadies”, Rannvijay Singh was destined to enter Indian army. But his passion for acting drove him towards showbiz.
Rannvijay’s father, who served in the army, wanted his son to join the profession. The actor is now set to relive his father’s dream through an action packed series “Pukaar”, in which he plays an army officer.
He drew inspiration from his father for the role as he picked up some traits of a solider from his father.
While on one hand it was easier for Rannvijay to play the role of a Major because of his father, on the other hand it was pressurising as he had to keep up with his role model — his father.
The show will go on air Nov 24 on Life OK.
