Sources close to the deal said the 56-year-old star is finalizing the details on a completely customized 12,000 square feet property, reported TMZ.

It boasts view of the Mediterranean, and Madonna will reportedly oufit her two-floor apartment with a first-class gym, and a sprawling living room.
