‘Spectre’ earns Rs 31.9 crore in opening weekend in India

The weekend box office numbers are proof of that and we are sure that James Bond will continue entertaining audiences in weeks to come,” Vivek Krishnani, Managing Director, Sony Pictures India, said in a statement.

Directed by Sam Mendes, the film features James Bond’s first encounter with the global criminal organisation Spectre, marking the group’s first appearance in an Eon Productions film since 1971’s “Diamonds Are Forever”.
