“The Real Girls Kitchen” host Haylie Duff and fiance Matt Rosenberg have welcomed their first child, a baby girl.

The couple named their daughter Ryan, reported People Magazine.

Since announcing her pregnancy in December, the 30-year-old sister of actress Hilary Duff and fiance Rosenberg shifted their focus from wedding planning to preparing for parenthood.
