With a wide grin on his face, newlywed actor Shahid Kapoor shared his first selfie with wife Mira Rajput hours after tying the knot on Tuesday (July 7).

The Haider actor took to Instagram to share a selfie with his wife Mira Rajput. He captioned it, “#hitched”. In the picture Mira is seen leaning on Shahid’s shoulder with the actor hugging his new bride.

Shahid and Mira indeed look beautiful. They are beaming with smiles, and the joy of finding love in each other is evident on their glowing faces.

Earlier, the newlyweds walked out hand in hand as the media men waited for a glimpse of Shahid and Mira.

The couple posed together outside the reception venue – The Oberoi, Gurgaon. A reception party for the family members and close friends will be held here in a while.

Shahid and Mira got married in a low-key ceremony at a Chattarpur farm house in New Delhi. It was a simple gurudwara wedding and was attended by only 30-40 people.
