Alia Bhatt will shoot for Bigg Boss 10, Weekend Ka Vaar episode with Salman Khan while Shah Rukh Khan will give it a miss.

Alia Bhatt is all pumped up for the promotion of her upcoming movie Dear Zindagi. It looks like the young actor does not want to leave any stone unturned to promote the movie which celebrates the spirit of life. She has done everything to grab the audience’s attention — from clicking selfies with first-time co-star Shah Rukh Khan to sharing life lessons with her fans on her Twitter handle. And now, the 23-year-old actor is all set to step inside the Bigg Boss house to spread a word about her happy flick (as Shah Rukh Khan refers to the movie), Dear Zindagi. She will be shooting for the special episode with the Bigg Boss 10 team on Friday, sources confirmed.

But, here is a sad news for all those who are eager to see foes-turned-friends SRK and Salman Khan sharing the screen. Yes, it is confirmed — Shah Rukh Khan will not accompany Alia on the sets of Bigg Boss 10 to promote Dear Zindagi.

We wonder what has kept SRK, the don of Bollywood, away from the controversial television reality show that is hosted by Salman Khan. We still remember Bigg Boss 9 which had Salman and SRK coming together for an epic episode.

And what makes us even more curious is the fact that he was spotted with Alia Bhatt promoting Gauri Shinde’s Dear Zindagi at the famous Mehboob Studio. That was where Alia later shoot the promo of Bigg Boss 10’s upcoming episode.

Now is it the infamous drop in the ratings for Bigg Boss10 that made SRK not appear on the show or is it something more serious? Even the host, Salman Khan, has tagged season 10 of Bigg Boss ‘boring’. He even told the contestants that they should have stayed back at their homes instead of making the show dull for its fans. We totally support Dabangg Khan on this one.

For now, we cannot wait to listen to some exciting life and love lessons which Alia Bhatt has to give to Salman Khan, the most eligible bachelor of the tinsel town.
