CPI general secretary Suravaram Sudhakar Reddy termed the poll outcome in Tripura, a Communist bastion, "bad" for the CPI(M)-led Left Front, which had been in power in the state for the last 25 years.
"The word development does not exist in the dictionary of the CPI-M. Our government will provide good governance and time-bound implementation of all developmental works," Manik Sarkar said.
