Xiaomi launched its Redmi Note 8 alongside the Redmi Note 8 Pro in India. The device is priced at Rs 9,999 for the 4GB RAM/64GB storage variant, whereas, the 6GB RAM/128GB storage variant is priced at Rs 12,999.
Redmi Note 8 is powered by a Qualcomm Snapdragon 665 processor paired with up to 6GB of RAM and up to 128GB of internal storage.
The quad-camera setup at the back includes a 48MP primary sensor, an 8MP wide-angle lens, a 2MP macro lens, and a 2MP depth sensor.
The front camera on the phone is a 13MP selfie shooter.
The device is backed by a 4,000mAh battery and it supports 18W fast charging via USB Type-C port. The Redmi Note 8 also features a 3.5mm audio jack as well as an IR blaster. It runs on MIUI 10 based on Android 9 Pie.
