Unfazed by protests,the Union government on Tuesday ruled out any rethink on the decision to bifurcate Andhra Pradesh. "There can not be a rethink on the issue. A decision has already been taken by the Cabinet," said Cabinet Secretary Ajit Kumar Seth. Seth's remarks came on a day when government reorganised the Group of Ministers (GoM) panel for working out modalities of creation of the new Telangana state for which a decision was taken on October 3.
