Deepika Padukone will not be able to make her Hollywood debut with ‘Fast and Furious 7’,primarily due to date issues.

However, she is committed to shooting with Shah Rukh Khan for ‘Happy New Year’ and has to promote Sanjay Leela Bhansali’s ‘Ram Leela’.

Her official spokesperson had recently said in a statement that,”Deepika Padukone was offered to be a part of the next ‘Fast And Furious’ movie. She is a huge fan of the franchise and it’s disappointing not to be able to do it. Unfortunately, the movie goes on the floors immediately and that left too short a time for her to shift her existing date commitments to the producers of ‘Ram Leela’,’Happy New Year’ and ‘Finding Fanny Fernandes’.”

“I think a lot has been said. I have never been comfortable to talk about what doesn’t happen,I rather focus on what is happening,” Deepika Padukone told reporters last evening.

Reportedly,Deepika Padukone had beaten Kangana Ranaut and Chitrangada Singh, who had undertaken screen test for the role.
