Abohar MLA talks tough against cops

Abohar MLA Sunil Jakhar has promised to take action against all those police officers who were found guilty of harassing Congress workers. Jakhar was pacifying Congress workers who had gathered outside the police station in Abohar on Sunday to protest against lodging of FIR and arrest of local businessman Somesh Singla alias Vicky.

Jakhar had come to the police station to meet Vicky. “The police had lodged a false FIR against Vicky under pressure of some BJP councillors. Captain Amarinder Singh,our party president,has very clearly declared that all such police officers will be taken to task once our party comes to power,” said Jakhar.
