Loss and damage: The only positive outcome of the COP27

The recently concluded COP27 highlighted an issue that has been a part of the climate debate but in the peripheries- loss and damage which means losses and damages suffered by countries due to climate disasters. For the first time in history, loss and damage captured the centre stage of a climate conference, making it a historic event.
