Judge Juan Merchan, who is presiding over Trump’s case, did not set a new sentencing date in his brief scheduling order.

In the one-page decision, Merchan stated that Trump’s legal team must file their dismissal arguments by the end of business on December 2, with prosecutors given a week to submit their response.
