What did growing up look like for Barron?

At the age of 10, Barron stayed in New York City with Melania when his father was elected president in 2016. They waited until he finished his school year before joining the rest of the family in the White House in June 2017.

While his older brothers, Eric Trump and Donald Trump Jr., have been actively involved in politics, Barron Trump, who turned 18 in March, maintained a far more private life.

During his father’s presidency, Barron rarely appeared in public, as his parents, particularly his mother Melania, fiercely guarded his privacy.

Despite efforts to shield him, he faced online attacks, including death threats and criticism of his attire during public appearances alongside his parents. These attacks prompted notable figures, such as Chelsea Clinton, to defend him.

Barron’s remarkable height of 6 feet, 7 inches, also garnered attention. Once Donald Trump jokingly remarked, “I said ‘you’re gonna be a basketball player’. He said ‘well I like soccer dad, actually’. I thought… ‘at your height I like basketball better but you can’t talk them into everything’.”

The 18-year-old has a history of attending prestigious private schools, starting in New York City and Maryland. Currently, he is enrolled at the Oxbridge Academy in Palm Beach, Florida, where he is expected to graduate in 2024.
