A group of commuters on Mumbai local train turned their journey into an impromptu jam session, which has now taken over the Internet. A video of men jamming over Sonu Nigam’s ‘Yeh Dil Deewana’ from Shah Rukh Khan’s ‘Pardes’ is winning plaudits from social media users and also got a commendation from the singer himself.

The viral video opens with the camera focused on a man standing and singing the main vocals. As the video progresses, other people on the train join him in the chorus part while another man can be seen banging his hands near the window area to produce a rhythm.

God bless everyone.” The video garnered over nine million views with one user commenting, “These unfortunate working men don’t get time for lounges, hookahs & f&b for entertainment. So they enjoy while commuting to work.” Another user commented, “People with responsibilities do not go to club to enjoy, they find ways to enjoy, and this is perfect.”

“Too wholesome for the internet,” a third user wrote.

Originally crooned by Sonu Nigam, Hema Sardesai and Shankar Mahadevan, ‘Yeh Dil Deewana’, and was picturised by Shah Rukh Khan and Mahima Chaudhary in ‘Pardes.’ The song was directed by Nadeem-Shravan and penned by Sameer.
