In Lucknow, a Porter service delivery agent recently shared one of his most amusing deliveries, leaving the Internet divided. In the now-viral video, the delivery boy begins by saying, “Aaiye dikhate hai ek behtareen sa order aaya hai” (Come, let me show you an excellent order I’ve received).
As the video progresses, he shares that he had to deliver a package that had to be transported from tower 17 to tower 19 of the apartment complex, which was just a few steps away. The item inside was a copy of the video game FC 25. The video concludes with the delivery agent revealing he earned Rs 38 for completing the order.
Sharing the video, an X user wrote, “Lucknow ke nawab chale gaye, nawabi chhod gaye (The Nawabs of Lucknow are gone, but they left behind their royal ways).”

The video quickly went viral, prompting a wave of reactions, some light-hearted comments while many slammed the delivery agent for “judging” the customer. Tagging Porter on X, a user wrote, “This is not right. Please train your employees properly. He is getting paid in one hand and in other hand he is making fun of customer. Don’t you guys teach basic things in Porter?”
Responding to the comment, the official handle of Porter wrote, “We are investigating this at our end and thank you for highlighting this matter.”
“There’s a platform which provides the service, you pay for it. The reason doesn’t matter. Someone is paying, someone is getting paid. Kiya dikkat hai (What’s the harm)?” another user commented. “Maybe it’s a young mother who can’t leave her kids, or an old person who has mobility issues,” a third user said.
