We all know how popular Union external affairs minister Sushma Swaraj is on Twitter. Thanks to her quick response to people in distress, she has earned herself the tag of ‘Tweeple’s minister’. Also, her humour and wit is inimitable, which only adds to the idea of our ministers being approachable. Looks like it’s contagious too, because her husband Swaraj Kaushal is on a roll on Twitter, and this is not the first time either.

A Twitter user – who claims to have been blocked by Sushma Swaraj – asked @GovernorSwaraj if he could his wife to unblock her. “Sir, I don’t know why Sushma ji has blocked me? I am her biggest fan. If possible please ask her to unblock me,” wrote Rishita Mishra in Hindi. And the governor’s response is winning the Internet.

“I will not take that risk. She may block me too,” he wrote back.

Apparently, he is being flooded with requests by people who claim to be blocked by the minister to help them and Governor Swaraj is responding to them at his hilarious best. “Seems…… only those blocked by her are following me,” read one of the tweets.

Interestingly, after reading his Twitter feed, one of the users suggested that his account may be hacked. His response – “Why worry ? This is not my Bank account.”
