The video offers a glimpse into the farewell gathering held in the memory of Taran Jain, where family, friends, teachers, and well-wishers came together to honour his life. Fighting back tears, Rajani addressed the gathering, speaking about her son with a mix of sorrow and love. At one point, she sang a few lines from Luka Chuppi, the soulful song from Rang De Basanti, in his remembrance. Her husband, Sangeet Jain, stood by her side, struggling to contain his emotions. Rajani shared the video along with a long caption, “It has been a full month today since our beloved Taran left us. From the very first day, everyone kept saying just one thing ~ that he hasn’t really gone anywhere and that his soul would remain with us for the next twelve days. So, we tried to give him a farewell party while he was still here, where all his friends, teachers, and loved ones could express how much they love him.
