On the bustling streets of Jhansi, Uttar Pradesh, an autorickshaw, in particular, stunned onlookers when they noticed 19 passengers onboard the vehicle. The official handle of Jhansi Police shared a video from the Area Officer of Tahrauli confirming the violation. "On the night of February 15, during a routine check, we apprehended an autorickshaw carrying 19 passengers.
