Many urban households now several devices that connect to WiFi. Not all of these devices are used at the same time,so having a separate internet connection for each one may not be practical or affordable. For those who travel with several devices,Tata Docomo Photon has launched Photon Max WiFi. This is a USB WiFi hub,which means that up to five devices can connect to it and browse the web. Photon Max WiFi promises speeds of up to 6.2 Mbps. The device costs Rs 1,999 and the plans start from Rs 650 per month for 3 GB (after which speeds are throttled). The top tier plan offers 15 GB data for Rs 1,500 per month. The dongle works across the country. There are no data roaming charges.
