Ubuy, a popular e-commerce service recently unveiled a new feature, enabling users to order via WhatsApp with just a few clicks. The company says customers can share a product URL or image or simply share the name on WhatsApp with UBuy’s dedicated “WhatsApp Order Team” to get their desired product.

UBuy says once the request is received, the team will confirm the availability of the product and even offer a detailed breakdown of the cost associated, which includes things like the product price, shipping fees and custom duties if there are any. If the product is available, customers will have to share their name, contact details and address, following which they will be redirected to a payment link.
