Users can pre-reserve the upcoming Galaxy products from Samsung India’s official website––samsung.com/in/unpacked/––by paying Rs 1,999 and get benefits worth Rs 7,000 along with the ability to buy special editions and the ability to upgrade by exchanging older devices for the best value.
For those who pre-reserve, Samsung will offer the Next Galaxy VIP Pass, which can be redeemed to purchase the actual device post-launch. If a user is interested in pre-reserving the phone, watch, and buds, they have to buy three separate passes, and each pass can only be redeemed on the product specified on the pass. As of now, there is no option to pre-reserve the Galaxy Ring, which is expected to be one of the highlights of the Galaxy Unpacked event.
After the Galaxy Unpacked event, users who change their minds on the products can get a full refund by returning/cancelling the order. However, if one cancels the order or refuses to accept the delivery, there will be a nominal cancellation fee of Rs 99 for accessories and Rs 999 for smartphones.
