Nintendo has announced that it will be hosting the Nintendo Live 2023 event in Seattle this September. The four-day event will be hosted at the Seattle Convention Center and is said to offer a platform for Nintendo fans of all ages to enjoy the latest Switch games, photo op sessions with popular characters, live performances, and more.

While most gaming conventions require a paid ticket, Nintendo is offering free access. However, instead of buying a ticket, a user has to earn it, and there are two ways to do so. Interested users have to register on the Nintendo website, and the company will pick users with the help of a lucky draw method. The lucky audience will receive a free one-day pass that can accommodate up to 6 people.

Another way to earn an entry ticket is by participating in Mario Kart 8 or Splatoon 3 online competitive tournaments. While kids under 6 years of age do not require a ticket, their guardian, who should be above 18 years of age and a US citizen, must have an entry ticket.

According to the official website, during the Nintendo Live 2023 event, the company will have a lot of different experiences for the attendees, including the ability to play popular Switch games, and the company could even allow users to experience its latest titles like The Legend of Zelda: Tears of the Kingdom, launching on May 12.

Other experiences at the event will also include live stage performances, photo op sessions with Nintendo characters, a Nintendo merchandise store, and various live tournaments.
