BlackBerry has launched new cybersecurity consulting services and tools combines with its existing security solutions to help customers identify the latest threat and develop mitigation strategies based on risk.

The company says it will help implement and maintain IT security standards and help organisations defend against risk of future attacks. The new security service will address strategic security as well as technical security. It also aims to help commercialise IoT security solutions with privacy being a top priority.

BlackBerry will also enable threat detection and mitigation testing along with vulnerability assessment. The service includes forensic services, business security and security breach management.
