The MacBook Air M4 might arrive slightly earlier than the iPhone SE 4 and will look identical to its predecessor, the MacBook Air M3 reports Bloomberg’s Mark Gurman on Tuesday via an X post. The MacBook Air M4 is said to come in two sizes—13-inch and 15-inch and will look identical to its predecessor, the MacBook Air M3.
Apple might also discontinue the MacBook Air M2 while keeping the MacBook Air M3 (review) and the new M4 models available for purchase, possibly with around a $200 or around Rs 20,000 price difference. Considering the latest trends, the MacBook Air M4 is likely to offer at least 16 GB of unified memory and 256 GB of internal storage.
As I wrote in October, new entry level iPads (J481 and J482) are coming in the spring. iPhone SE, new iPad Air are on the same general timeline. The M4 MacBook Air will be earlier. https://t.co/0tUlePyFRZ

The company might not hold a launch event for the new MacBook Air. Instead, the company is likely to introduce the new models via a press release.
However, those who have been looking forward to the new M4-powered Mac Studio (review) and Mac Pro might have to wait a few more months, as there is said to be a delay in their launch, which are speculated to be the most powerful Macs that Apple has ever launched.
Besides the new Macs, Apple is also said to be introducing refreshed variants of the baseline 11th-generation iPad (codenamed J481 and J482) along with improved iPad Air models. This will bring support for Apple Intelligence across the entire iPad lineup. Considering the current lineup of iPads, the baseline iPad is the only model that currently lacks Apple Intelligence support; with the upcoming iPad 11, the entire lineup will gain this capability.
