Magic Eraser has been given a miss, though. (Image: Google) Google One is more than just a cloud storage subscription. It also gives you access to various photo enhancement tools on Google Photos, such as HDR, Portrait Light, and Sky editing. These features were previously only available on the mobile app, but now Google has announced on Twitter that they are also coming to the web version of Google Photos.
Going forward, Google One subscribers will be able to use tools like Portrait Light, Portrait Blur, Color Pop, HDR enhancements, and more when accessing Google Photos on a desktop. The only requirements to get started are at least 4GB of RAM and a supported web browser.
If you are signed in with a Google One account, you should see the following new editing options on photos.google.com:
Portrait Light: Adjust the light source and intensity for photos with people.
Portrait Blur: Create a blurred background effect for non-portrait photos of people.
Colour Pop: Make the foreground colour stand out by fading the background colour for photos of people.
HDR: Boost the brightness and contrast levels across the image.
Sky: Choose from different colour schemes and fine-tune the colour and contrast in the sky.
Just dropped! Portrait Light, Portrait Blur, Dynamic, Color Pop, HDR, and Sky suggestions are now available for #GoogleOne members on web so you can easily edit your photos, right from your computer.

Earlier, Google made the previously Pixel-exclusive Magic Eraser feature available to all Google One subscribers on mobile – both Android and iOS. This feature doesn’t seem to have made it to Photos’ web app just yet.
Google One’s Basic tier, which offers 100GB of cloud storage, will immediately get you access to these tools on Photos. As part of an offer, the plan currently starts at Rs 65 per month for 12 months, followed by Rs 130 for every month.
