Samsung has officially revealed the pricing of Galaxy J5 and Galaxy J7 2016 editions in South Korea. The smartphones, which were launched in China in March are now available at KRW 290,000 (Rs 17,000 approx) and KRW 363,000 (Rs 21,000 approx). Samsung Galaxy J7 and J5 2016 versions are an upgrade to J7 and J5 smartphones announced last year. The smartphones feature metal frames and a stylish design, says Samsung. The Korean smartphone maker has not revealed plans to launch the Galaxy J series in India. Samsung Galaxy J7 features a 5.5-inch full HD AMOLED display while Galaxy J5 gets a smaller 5.2-inch HD AMOLED display. The smartphones support 4G LTE and run Android 6.0 Marshmallow. Samsung Galaxy J7 is powered by an octa-core processor coupled with 3GB RAM while Galaxy J5 has a quad-core processor paired with 2GB RAM. Both the smartphones come with 16GB internal storage further expandable up to 128GB via dedicated memory card slot. Samsung Galaxy J7 is backed by a 3,300mAh battery while Galaxy J5 gets 3,100mAh Li-Ion battery.
