The reMarkable 2 tablet has a HD 10.3-inch screen (Image credit: Remarkable)reMarkable on Monday announced that its second-generation e-ink tablet — reMarkable 2 will be available in India via Amazon with a starting price of Rs 43,999, which was originally launched in select markets like the US back in 2020. The tablet features a 10.3-inch HD (226 DPI) e-ink display that allows users to take notes using the Marker Plus, a first-party stylus which also doubles as an eraser and syncs the content across devices like smartphones and laptops.

In terms of hardware, the tablet offers 1 GB RAM, 8 GB internal storage and is powered by a dual-core processor. It supports both 2.4GHz and 5 GHz Wi-Fi networks. Like most e-book tablets, the reMarkable 2 allows users to read ebooks and PDFs. On top of that, one can also use the device for note-taking using the Marker Plus or it can also be attached to an external keyboard (Type Folio (Rs 19,499)) to use it like a laptop.
Users can access cloud-based mobile and desktop apps by connecting the tablet to a Wi-Fi network and the tablet runs on Codex, a Linux-based operating system. There is a USB-C port and an integrated 3,000 mAh battery. On a single charge, the tablet can last for up to two weeks, and the device also comes with a one-year Connect subscription, which gives access to unlimited cloud storage.
Users can just buy the reMarkable 2 for Rs 43,999 while the reMarkable 2 and Marker Plus bundle is priced at 53,799, and just the Marker Plus costs Rs 13,599 and is available exclusively on Amazon.
