Asus Zenfone 5 price drops from Rs 9,499 to Rs 7,999.

After slashing the price of the Zenfone 5 to Rs 9,999, Asus today announced that its Zenfone 5 smartphone for 8 GB version will now be available for Rs 7,999. Asus has introduced a special price for Zenfone 5 smartphone on the occasion of Republic Day. The device will we made available on January 21 on Flipkart.

The ZenFone 5 sports a 5-inch IPS display that delivers high definition (HD) 1280 x 720-pixel resolution and features a 8 megapixel PixelMaster main camera with image stabilisation. It is powered by an Intel Atom dual-core 1.2 GHz Z2520 processor with Intel Hyper-Threading Technology and 8GB internal memory which is expandable up to 64GB.

ZenFone 5 is available in four colors — Charcoal Black, Pearl White, Cherry Red, and Champagne Gold.
