Apple iPhone 5s, iPhone 6 and iPhone 6 Plus will still be sold in India, even though the phones are no longer listed on official India website. This had sparked speculation that Apple will discontinue the phones as it prepares for the launch of the iPhone 7. Apple has officially confirmed that reports claiming iPhone 5s, iPhone 6 and iPhone 6 Plus sales will be discontinued in India are false. Even when the iPhone SE was launched, Apple removed the iPhone 5 from the website, although the phone is still being sold in India by many third-party retailers.
With the new Apple iPhone 7, the company is going for 32, 128 and 256 GB storage options and in India, the phones will launch on October 7. The pricing will start at Rs 60,000 for the 32GB iPhone , although each high-storage model has a $100 price difference in the US. The iPhone 6s series is also getting an upgrade in storage and will now start at 32GB and 128GB models. It is likely the price will remain the same for these phones.
The Apple iPhone 6 and iPhone 6 Plus were launched in 2014, the first big-screen devices from the company with their 4.7-inc and 5.5-inch displays each. Apple iPhone 6 series has an 8MP rear camera, which is still one of the best in the market. On Infibeam, which is technically the authorised reseller according to Apple India website, the 16GB iPhone 6s is available at Rs 44,111 to Rs 44,777 based on the colours. This is a big price drop from Rs 62,000 MRP. Apple iPhone 6 is available at Rs 37,699 for the 16GB version, while the 64GB version is Rs 47,899. The 16GB, 64GB, and 128GB models of iPhone 6 Plus are listed as out of stock. The 64GB iPhone 6s is listed at Rs 54,222. The iPhone 6s Plus is listed at Rs 66,949 for the 64GB version and Rs 79,999 for 128GB.

On Flipkart, which is also an authorised reseller for iPhones and iPads, Apple iPhone 6 is starting at Rs 36,990 for the 16GB on the Flipkart Assured option. The 64GB model is available at Rs 49,444, while the iPhone 6 Plus is available at Rs 39,999 for the 16GB version in the Space Grey version. There’s also 128GB version of the iPhone 6 Plus at Rs 59,999.
Apple usually cuts the prices of its products a few days before the launch of the new iPhones; this time we know iPhone 7 is coming for sure on October 7. Currently the iPhone 6, 6s series is available at more reasonable pricing options for those who are interested.
